Restaurant Shell - Cambridge

One of the final remaining phases on the Cambridge Retail Park, Phelan were pleased to negotiate this project straight off the back of the successful Retail Warehouse Scheme.  All of the site issues which were encountered on the preceding project remained and Phelan had to ensure continual access to the surrounding car park areas for Homebase customers.

The restaurant shell was 5000 ft2 and divided into two units for incoming tenants.

The building was finished on time and ready for occupation by incoming tenants, Pizza Hut and Starbucks.
