Phelan have the resources and necessary financial strength to support land purchases and development costs, delivering high quality housing often aimed at First Time Buyers trying to enter the housing market.

Phelan work in partnership with local architects and engineers, using local tradesmen and a core of locally-based staff.

During 2007 Phelan have planned 32 units in Harwich, 2 units in Frinton-on-Sea and 4 units in Walton-on-Naze Essex.
