Consent was required for this difficult project from English Heritage and Westminster Council due to the restrictions imposed by a grade 2 listed building.

Working closely with lead consultant Tibbatts Kirk Able, Phelan Construction delivered the complicated nightclub and bar design on time, including coordinating material and products from as far afield as Bali.

Once again Phelan’s experience and understanding of city centre construction operations ensured that any potential disruption was kept to a minimum.
