Phelan Construction offers an interior fit out service that is aimed at providing a tailored service to our clients’ exact requirements. The Liquid Nightclub in Harlow was refurbished over a 10 week period and had an interior fit out over all three levels. The nightclub can now boast state of the art light and sound installations as well as modern bars and fittings throughout. All this and a new entranceway and external facade have made this a dramatic refurbishment project and a great success.
