The Liquid nightclub in Rotherham presented Phelan with quite a substantial renovation project; there were massive shell alterations to be made to the existing venue as well as the separate ‘Envy’ nightclub which was built simultaneously. This included piling and structural steel installations to both venues.

 Facade cladding was added throughout the interior and a new entranceway was added to the nightclub's exterior. This nightclub build and renovation project was completed by Phelan in 12 weeks and to a high standard that reflected the nightclub's modern design.
