Phelan spent 11 weeks completing the building refurbishment of the Liquid Nightclub in Windsor; in this time two 15 person lifts and a three floor fire escape staircase were installed. The interior was stripped out and fitted out to a very high specification; this building refurbishment resulted in a modern nightclub in the centre of Windsor.
