Phelan Construction were chosen to complete the £1.2 million fit out taking the building from shell to completion in just 13 weeks. This bar and restaurant fit out included bespoke fittings and complex restaurant designs.

A Thai sunken seating area, digital wall art and a feature circular staircase are included in the demanding restaurant and bar interior design.

The name ‘Chaophraya’ is taken from the river that runs through Thailand; this is reflected within the restaurant design, with internal ponds and an overhead fish tank in the lobby; all undertaken by Phelan Construction.

Phelan’s experience and attention to detail in the restaurant sector ensured that the project was delivered on time to the delight of the client.
