Phelan have been working with Nandos for some years now, primarily involved with restaurant fit-outs which we completed in Mile End, Southend and Cambridge to name a few.  Lately, Phelan have used our expertise in heavy-side building to construct shell units on Showcase Cinema Sites throughout the UK for Nandos.

The units are 3000 ft2 and constructed using a steel frame with traditional brick and blockwork walls.  Rockwool King-zip roofing is used with precast plank floors.  All aspects of the build are tailored to provide for off-site preparation and simple and rapid integration into the build programme.

The feature detail of each unit is undoubtedly the 16 Nr. bespoke precast concrete columns in varying designs which were cast and transported to site for Phelan to (carefully!) hoist into position.
