Phelan were fortunate to be in on the 'ground floor' with the development of the Chicago Rock Café brand 15 years ago. Since that time we have been closely associated with Luminar Leisure, the UK 's largest operator of bars and clubs. Their growth has been the key to our success and we remain a tried and tested contractor, delivering their refurbishment and re-branding programme throughout the UK .
We are also pleased to be associated with Nandos Chickenland restaurants who have enjoyed a growing profile on the UK 's high streets. Phelan are able to deliver their particular brand of high specification fitting out, mixing contemporary and natural themes.
Phelan have also completed many high specification projects for Loch Fyne Restaurants, Bel and the Dragon, Bluebeckers and Prezzo.
From our experience working with large operators, Phelan have been recommended for one-off contracts with independent restaurateurs in the Capital, involving bespoke joinery, metal and glass installations, restricted access and challenging programmes.
More recently, Phelan have formed an association with The Restaurant Group Plc, providing their successful American / Italian Frankie & Benny's concept.
