New Build Office Unit

The building was steel-framed construction with brick and render cladding, with full fit-out on the edge of the busy university campus. This meant that careful consideration had to be taken in regard to logistics and access.

The office building included high-speed fibre connection, as well as being fitted out to CAT B standard throughout. The office also contain a small kitchenette on each floor, with accessible toilets and a lift for disabled access. The project was delivered on time and within budget and is currently occupied by the university themselves as extra administrative space.
