Having worked with Cann Hall School since 2011 and carried out four previous contracts, Phelan Construction was awarded our largest contract yet by the school.
The £200k project involved installation of a new library area, classroom extensions to create external learning areas, minor internal alterations and redecorations throughout. We were delighted to have been awarded this contract which is a major project for the school and the fact that we have been awarded all of their construction projects since 2011 stands testament to the service and quality that Phelan Construction delivers every time.
