Phelan Construction has now completed and handed over the retail shell and core project in Frinton On Sea for developers Millbrook Land. The project entailed the demolition of the existing retail units on Connaught Avenue in Frinton before then constructing the new build shell and core retail unit which is set to become a new Sainsbury’s Local convenience store. The project was handed over on time, and on budget to the delight of the client.
