Having completed the fit-out of Vapiano on Wardour Street in May 2014 Phelan Construction has now been awarded the contract for another Vapiano restaurant fit-out in Manchester. The £1.3m project is set to start in June and due for completion in September 2015.
The 250 seat restaurant will be spread over two floors in Manchester’s iconic Corn Exchange and was designed by architects Finkernagel Ross. The Vapiano is a new chain of Italian restaurants specialising in home-made pizza and pasta.
