Phelan has completed yet another Summer Works project at the University of Essex. The work involved the refurbishment of 22 Kitchens, 86 Bathrooms and communal hallways and stairwells, all upgraded to the new design standard with “funky” finishes by interior designers Kreative Space. https://www.kreativespace.co.uk/
