Following the work that Phelan Construction have carried out for Darwin Property Investment at Piran Meadows, Newquay and Bath Mill the latest contract for the construction of a new leisure facility and holiday park redevelopment in Hawkchurch, Devon has also been awarded to Phelan Construction.
Roger Vail the property advisor for Darwin Property Investment, which is the fund behind the development of national leisure provider Darwin, stated;
“Phelan always deliver to the best standard and Darwin will work with Phelan on other projects in the future.”
The scheme is similar to the Piran Meadows contract which was completed in June 2014. It involves the construction of a new build leisure facility complete with indoor pool, spa, bar and other leisure facilities. There will also be a new maintenance building formed along with external works including hard and soft landscaping. After the success of the Piran Meadows project, we are excited about seeing the results of this £3.3m project.
