Phelan’s have invested in the next generation of great people by incepting a Management Training programme for technical staff.
Harry Brundle & Chelsea Bennett, will be starting at the company by August, straight out of college, they will be embarking on a 5-year course. The course will cover all departments/aspects of the business.
