Phelan is once again back at Victoria Casino in Edgware for Grosvenor. This time we are to undertake the service yard works and external alterations.
This extension to the original casino refurbishments will cost £30k in addition to a further project worth £160,000 to re-clad the facade of the Casino, which will take place later in the summer.
