We are delighted to confirm that Phelan’s were outright WINNER of the South West LABC Building Excellence Awards 2015 in the “Best small commercial building” category for Piran Meadows, Newquay Cornwall. Competition was very strong this year, so even to be short-listed was a great accomplishment! The Phelan team were present to accept the award along with representatives from the Client and the project consultants.
All winning projects from the regional qualifiers will automatically be shortlisted for the LABC Grand Finals, which will take place in London on Tuesday 10 November. Fingers crossed for a National win!
