This has led to an intimate knowledge of the particular challenges that come with construction in education.
In January, Phelan Construction were delighted to handover the £5.1m fit-out, new shell and core school building project at Thames Christian School.

Our first consideration for any education project is always the safety of the staff and pupils. Often, we are required to carry out works within an occupied environment meaning we must carefully plan our programme and methodology around the ongoing operations of the school to ensure any risk to the staff or pupils is effectively mitigated and any disruption is kept to a minimum.
As we are part of the Essex Construction Framework 2 this means the pre-qualification stage has already been completed making it easier and quicker for your project to become a reality.
