Phelan Construction is proud to announce that we have been awarded the first of three contracts that we were invited to negotiate with hotel operator Interstate Hotels and Resorts. The first project involves a phased alteration and refurbishment of the front of house areas at the Holiday Inn in Southampton and will be followed on by similar projects in Eastleigh and Reading.
Phelan’s Client Relationship Manager, Matthew Jolly, stated:
